Sushi instructional DVD
We're so excited to announce the filming of Chef Otsuji's new sushi instructional DVD.  We will begin shooting the video at the beginning of May in Hawaii and expect it to be available for purchase in Early July.  We want to send a special thanks to Bryan Lee at Mediacreatures.com and Doug Lambrecht with realwasabi.com for sponsoring our video.

Olympic Gold Medalist Rulon Gardner and his Wife Camie showed up at our last sushi class in Salt Lake City, Utah.  What an awesome couple!  Here's a video from one our students named Ryan.  Special thanks to Dj Schanz for the awesome marketing.  Also, Thanks to all the twitter friends that showed up and have helped to spread the word.
